Updates on Qualification for Real Estate Broker's Exam on March 18, 2012

One of the PRC's requirements to qualify for the Real Estate Broker's Licensure Exam is the 120 Hour CPE units. This can be complied with by attending a 60-Hour Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES) for Real Estate Brokers PLUS a 60-hour On-The-Job Training (OJT) or work experience which must be certified by a licensed real estate broker or a qualified developer.

For those who cannot undergo the OJT, the alternative is to attend a non-core 60-hour real estate seminar. Urban Institute's schedule for the 60-hour non-core topics begins on November 6, 2011 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at AIM, Makati. Seminar fee is at PhP 7,000.00 inclusive of VAT, handouts, certificate with free flowing coffee. To reserve a slot simply deposit PhP 1,000.00 with the balance payable on the first day. The deposit is non-refundable and in case of withdrawal from the seminar, the deposit will be forfeited which will proceed to Hospicio de San Jose as a donation.

We hope this clarifies your queries and we will post more updates soon. Thank you very much.
