Registration for 12-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Training Course

All interested participants are expected to have read and understood the Seminar Policies and General Conditions.

1. Verify the availability of slots for the course. Our contact information is provided here.
2. Deposit the seminar fee of PhP 2,400.00 to any Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) branch. Check payments should be made to Urban Institute of Real Estate. The bank account information is as follows:

3. Make sure you receive the deposit slip in good legible condition. After making the deposit, inform us immediately through SMS with your name, the course you are enrolling in, the date of your deposit, the amount deposited, and the code number of the machine validation in the deposit slip. Alternatively, you can scan the deposit slip and send it to us via email with the above mentioned details.

4. Urban Institute will confirm your registration and reserve your seat by sending you a Confirmation Notice by SMS. Kindly save this message and present it together with the original deposit slip on the training course day. Deposits without a Confirmation Notice will not be considered as registered and/or reserved.

On-the-day registration is also accepted but will be on a first come, first served basis. For on-the-day registration, Urban Institute cannot assure prospective participants of a seat for the course. In order to avoid any inconvenience, interested individuals are advised to contact us a day before the training course to verify the availability of seats.
